you can create your own, but you will need a laptop, some software and a gps receiver.
the best software for this kind of job is memory-map (www.memory-map.co.uk). you can buy photographic area maps from them, and then load elevation data to make them 3d. you can then overlay your gps coords to make a 3d route. you can then download this to your pda if u want.
