i don't think they have specific pay and play days because it's a dedicated 4x4 site (called "Venture 4x4", of course! ).
As for what it's like... it's not huge. Big enough for a day's entertainment, certainly, but not the same size as a typical quarry, for example. Lots of mud, a few pretty good inclines, and lots and lots of ruts, holes, ponds, deep stuff to get stuck in!
