Is anyone able to recommend anyone who might be able to repair a p38a keyfob? I have one that doesn't work. I have a new replacement case I can supply and I've already opened the old keyfob up. But I've now reached the end of my ability and can't get it to work.

I can supply pics.

Ideally looking for someone who has a past history in successfully fixing these key fobs. Happy to pay for it to be fixed.

Thanks.

Fitting a new case is easy if you have damaged the board maybe not so easy. You should not make any sort of cut anywhere near the red LED position.

The fob didn't work when I got it. I tried the battery, but no luck. The positive terminal on the board looks damaged/worn. I bought a new replacement case off ebay, as I'd heard how difficult it is to open the originals. I can attest to this, having now opened one up and damaged the outer casing.

But I don't know what is wrong with the circuit board and the only info I can find online is for the early pre 1999 key fobs, which have a different PCB. Really hoping there is someone who knows these fobs well and can simply repair/make it work again, and utilise the new case I have.
