Tat New Member Oct 14, 2010 #5 yes running along the top of the pedal box under where the bonnet hinges. its gone right the way across. im temped to treat and fill but some thing keeps telling me to do it properly.

fett Well-Known Member Oct 15, 2010 #7 yeak cut out the rust with a cut off wheel or grider and weld s strip in , it doesnt have to be flush, you could just lap it. watch out you dont set the back of yer dash on fire, have soemone in the car with an extingusher whilst yer working!
