Someone at work mentioned an anti scratch paint finish, which is of great
interest as we work out in the country and travel in along single track
lanes with much undergrowth.
Anyone heard of this finish?

It's called "Dulux". Apply it with a brush, nice and thick.

It'll still scratch, but you won't care as much.

Sounds like the fitting of wraparound bullbars might be somewhat
helpful if you are pushing scrub back with the vehicle.

Don't forget to tell the vehicle insurers about the fitting of
bullbars though - insurers don't tend to like 'em as pedestrians don't
bounce neatly off the bonnet should they get hit by the vehicle.

try having rhino liner or Line-X or similiar applied to the outside

hello i know the HUMMER 2 (H2) uses a cling film type plastic on the
paintsed body parts wings etc.( it is a option) they get it from 3M
(SCOTCHAL CLEAR PAINT PROTECTION)
might be worth looking into??

Until you hit something a bit harder and it pushes the wrap around bull bar into
the wing !!
