What is the one you guys advise

Replace every five years with red OAT antifreeze.

I used to put the red antifreeze in my freelander. I don't think I've ever kept a car (apart from my series) for 5 years so I've never changed it. Some people are a bit anal about the type of antifreeze they use and not mixing different types etc. I just stick the red stuff in all our cars and bikes and don't worry about it. The stuff in the series was green to start with but it's now had some red added to it.
