Hi all...am new to the forum and looking for a bit of advice. I need to swap out one of the two alternators in my Wolf...(on the lower right side as you look in from the front)...not sure if this is the auxiliary or not?

have seen alternators for 300TDI engines online for less than £150 but have been quoted £600 plus by my local 4x4 specialists. Does the wolf need something special or am being gipped here??
