Found this on the bay.. 2136 - 12V 200A Heavy Duty Normally Open Relay - £12.72 : ALM Electrical Solutions, The Auto, Leisure & Marine Product Store

I don't want to buy an x-charge kit at £45 as I need to make up leads to my own length.

Would this relay be a good alternative to the x-charge?

I use a 80amp version. Built the whole lot for less than £20 incl fuse box.

So I could use the relay I linked to? Ie there's nothing unique about the x-charge one?

Correct - I can't find the link but it was something to do with T5 campers!!!
