Hi, I'm thinking of swapping my road tyres for A/T on my Discovery 300tdi. Could anyone recommend good tyres? And would there be a difference in the road handling, would it be a noisier ride and would there be a noticable difference in mpg?
Any advice?

I swapped my road tyres for bfg at's about three months ago.
I've not noticed any increase in noise, the handling seems to be unaffected but I do notice that the abs cuts in a fraction earlier in the wet, as for mpg I noticed a slight drop maybe 2 mpg less but the weather was getting colder at the time so may not be the tyres.
