ok, this is a strange question and I know nobody takes any notice of an alarm BUT from reading RAVE I think my alarm doesnt exactly work properly and I would just like to know whether it is or isnt working right...

Basically, the car locks and the thing arms properly, but, if I get a mislock by not shutting a door properly or something I am supposed to get a 'chirp' from the alarm system?? All I get is a beep from the message centre.

If the alarm goes off its kind of useless really, it will play a sound going from low to high then leave a second or two gap and then sound the same
tone again?? Should there be something happening in this gap?? Like the horn sounding??

Could someone take a recording of their alarm going off for me??
