A big thanks to everyone who helped with my air, I was really, really at the end of my tether and about to sell the P38, now its working better than it ever did, from motorway cruising to road it flashed 2 times and its up already, its never worked so good ever... thanks to you guys.

Iv just sorted mine again new pump from Kurt then replaced the air pressure switch which was clearly the main source of my problems as I refurbed the eas valve block a while back, when it works its great and to be honest pretty simple to fix and maintain.

Iv just got a new o ring kit to do the vavle block I picked up off the bay to play with before messing around with mine and a pressure switch on order so I can keep a spare one on the shelf.

Main problem with the pressure switch is usually the contacts where it plugs into the socket. If you get a pressure constantly high or constantly low fault and cleaning the pins does not cure it. Iffy driver pack is usual problem.

Cheers wammers i cleaned the contacts no difference driver pack seems ok when i fitted the replacement air pressure switch i just cut the wires and solderd the new one in. All good working better than ever

Always good to hear when something is fixed. Happy motoring :)

Pressure switch doesn't go through driver pack, but . . . . both pressure switch & driver pack faults can result in similar or multiple error codes !!
