Hi All,

My ACE valve block is leaking a bit. All pipes and block look as new.
Any tips on replacing the O-rings? Do I need to buy the very expensive O-rings or are cheaper ones do?
How hard is it to get the pipes out and replace the O-rings?

May be a pipe fracture on the swage

May need a standard hydraulic component conversion

I was thinking of doing that. it seems that the standard way is doomed to go wrong.I would love to have an extra block so I can drive while it is been prepared.

Not too expensive off Ebay, just a matter of finding someone to do the job (I am still looking) very slight weep from front, but my rear pipes have a nice covering of iron oxide

Mine is leaking quite badly from the front 4 pipes. The block and pipes look brand new. I am in two minds to try new inserts or just go for a proper repair. I don't think I will be selling the D2 anytime soon as I love it, so I might as well do it properly.
