Is it possible to pressure test your AC system with a air line ???
I see no reason why not, my air line is dry and oil free (used for spraying) i would rather fill the system up with compressed air for a week and see if it leaks than use refrigerant.
By the way i haven't fixed anything apart from the compressor wiring but it looks like the AC on this disco hasn't been used for years, BUT it looks in good shape no obvious faults etc fans work and compressor works just it had very little pressure in it around 5psi when i checked so obviously the compressor won't kick in unless by passed.
I would have assumed that since its a 95 its probably not been gassed in a while but its had work i the past as the condenser rad looks new ish its still got semi shiny black paint on probably 4 years old :blah:
