Can anyone tell me if P38 fans AC fans in front of the condensor are the same as soft dash classic ones? There are lots of p38 parts out therte fairly cheaply but classic bits look knackered and expensive.

How easy is it to replace air suspension bags? One back one needs doing (only lasted 8 yrs and 60k - not much is it?) but it seems a decent bag will cost £100. I've been quoted about 2 hours for a garage to do it.
Proper procedure is to depressurise but they only seem to reach 30psi although I wouldn't want that exploding I suppose.

Air bags are easy, there is a guide in the "how to" section I think. Don't do just one bag change both on the axle. 2hours is excessive, an air bag virgin posted it took him about 30mins a side not so long ago. You can depressurise the system if you have the cable and software for the EAS of you can wear goggles, put a rag over the pipe end as you press on the collet.:)

I didnt think the classic had air springs  But i did all four of my air spring in an hour n twenty and that woz the first time, there realy easy to do esp the back ones.

7/8 years 80K miles is the design life on an airbag.
I'm sure you could make the P38 aircon fans fit if they are roughly the same size overall.
