Hello,

I know this topic has been covered before but i cant seem to find a decent answer.

I need to replace the wing skin on each side of my 90 and i looked at ABS plastic skins.

On paddocks they're only about £18 cheaper so not saving a huge amount.

So can anyone actually give me a good reason whether to buy or not to buy plastic over aluminium?

Thanks

ive plastic on my build ,,have fitted a few ,,,they dont dent but can crack on high impact but they do take more of a beating imo ,and when u lean on them to fix your engine (and u will need to) they dont get press dents lol

no prep and prime same as rest of body just add a one-time shot of plasticizer to first coat of primer ,,may now be called a bonding agent
