Hi all, amongst having gearbox problems I've also got an abs problem. I read the fault code and it came up withe abs shuttle valve. So I replaced the unit and I'm still getting the same fault.

Anyone help on this?

was it the only fault code that showed each time codes were read

Yes only one fault and it's intermittent

have you looked at wiring

All like new, the just had the TC come on due to skidding on grass and it's put all the lights on again

Hi, which "unit" did you replace?, the whole modulator, the expensive SVS assy(SWO500040) or that 30 quid so called "SVS repair kit"(SWO500030) switch pack?...cos in most cases only replacing the switch pack without the wiring mod will not cure things, here is the explanation http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/3311295-post13.html

if you replaced the whole big modulator then it's an earth or wiring/contact issue to the ECU on that circuit

I replaced the shuttle valve switch that has 3 Allen head bolts and fits on the bottom
Of the abs unit.
I've read that link you just posted but I'm no wiser lol. Have I replaced the right part or is it a earthing fault?

so you should have carried out wiring mod option B on that switch pack, cos the problem was with contacts inside the modulator, you'll have to remove that switch pack and do the mod then IMO it will be ok, this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7hZQI1gfAg

Ok cool seen seen the vid, so even though I've a new shuttle valve like shown in that vid, this mod just bypasses the multi plug and gives a writer earth.

Before I look at going this mid I'm going to check the earth to the ABS unit as so far on this veh earths have been poor
