Just got this beauty SE7, I live in Nebraska and we through a nasty salt water mix in the winter so I just through an underbody coat on today. UV dye for the win I'm finding a major oil leak. Original oil pressure switch and I found a Land Rover Service Bulletin for an updated switch

Many, almost all of the switches on the surround of the instrument binnicle are of the non-latching or push button types with the "latching" being accomplished electronically, mainly in the Multi-Function Unit or MFU.
If the radio has been changed for an aftermarket unit then it's unlikely that the dashboard controls for that will work either.
It might be advantageous for you to download a copy of RAVE for the D1 which also contains the Owner's Handbook which explains which switch does what.

Original stereo, thanks for the CD I'll look at it today. I found a separate thread and attempted to put the mfu in diagnostic mode I don't believe I succeeded but my rear blower and defrost button on the top left both work! I still have no lights or function in the cruise control, fog lights, rear wiper, AC button, Etc
