Hi there.

Does any body out there have or know of a 90 going cheap, I am looking
for something to get stuck into as a long term re-build project.
I am based in Harrogate, North Yorks, distance not to much of an issue as
I can use trailer to collect if necessary.
Many thanks. jph1386

Get yer arse over to ebay, loads on there that need a rebuild. Not neccesarily cheap though.

Hello,

Have you tried Jake Wrights (Landrover restoration and sales - Yorkshire, uk) in Burley in Wharfedale? They usually have a load of old series, 90's and 110's that are sold as "as in condition" at reasonably good prices. I was down there earlier today and he has a few nice looking runners that need a bit of work cosmetically and a few older 90's and series that don't run but which wont need much work to get them running! They're always interested in helping project enthusiasts and hobbyists so they're well worth a try!

Auto-trader and farmers auction markets are also usually very promising.

Fooking ell POS what do you consider reasonably good prices. His prices are fooking skyhigh

don't look at the prices on the website. I'm talking about the landies he has in his yard.

give us an example of a "reasonably priced" landy wot he's selling then.

£2500 ish for a white 200tdi 90 with big black alloys, nice tyres and looked in good nick. Did have a nasty hole in the bulkhead though.

Is that not reasonable?

£600 quid for a 87 td90 with replacement doors, spare set of 8spokes with khumo at's, new rear crossmember, new set of exmoor trim seat covers. and apart from the rear crossmember no rot at all, is reasonable. His tdi would be reasonable for £1500 maybe but anything more is taking the ****.

Hi guys. :)

e bay has had some o.k stuff lately, recently viewed a 90 N/a on a 86 d plate with MoT till Oct 08, chap had it as a buy it now for £895.
It was a pretty sound vehicle & I was just about to close the deal when some pratt clicked the buy it now button. Missed the bugger !!.

Don't bother with a dealer they'll rip you off. Keep your eye on fleabay & autotrader as well as the forsale sections on landy forums.
