my 90 TD5 2000, when wheels are turned to the right on full lock or when you pull away quick from a junction, the wheel at the front makes a clicking noise.

any idea what this could be?

Stones in the tyres? Stick stuck in the arch? lol

Jack up one side and spin the wheel see if you hear anything, do the same with the other.

Might be worth jacking up and with the steering on full lock gently rotating the wheel in question to see if you can feel any roughness or slack, or grinding noises. The symptoms won't necessarily show up when it is not under load but it can give you a sense of anything amiss in the drivetrain.
