Hi,
Can anyone tell me what ampage the wire is running to the injector pump on a defender 300tdi?
Is there a minimum or max amp rating the wire should be?

surely it is only to hold open the stop- solenoid, and so it isn't very high at all, i would even think that 1 amp would be more than enough.

Well i'm not very techy with electrics, i wasn't sure what exactly the power via the wire was for but needs replacing. I have some 5 amp wire which will be adequate then.

Easily, there is very little current pulled through there, no problem!
