i would like to increase the BHP on my Disco 1, i have thought about fitting a chip, as i am new to all of this i have carried out searches on this forum and also on the web and have read up on all the information.

at this present time i am confused, the reason is after contacting two companies, Super chip said it CAN NOT be done on my 1996 300tdi, the other Tunit said it CAN be done and i could use a Tunit II.

can anyone in this forum and help me and give me positive advise on the best way to increase the power on my 300tdi ES Auto Disco.

thanks for this info, i have had a look at the site and will get some of this stuff (intercooler and chip) after Xmas..............again many thanks

afaik, all 300 tdi,s can be chipped?
try the large intercooler and EGR/IP tweak first though. cheaper and more reliable.
biggest bang for buck.
