I want to replace the Valve seals on my 200TDI and have seen a few
threads saying how you can do this with the head on

I'm not too worried about checking the head or re-sealing the valves etc. so it sounds like a great option for me.

Sounds quick and easy (if I buy the Valve compressor), is it as easy as it sounds and approx. how long will it take?

Are there any risks in not taking the head off?

Replaced them on my series 2 by taking head off, but not tackled a diesel before so looking for easy option.
