I've had a few probs with the indicators recently. Today the dash light magically begun working but the trailer warning light still flashes too. Is this right?

When i indicate without towing, the trailer light flashes once at the same time as the normal indicator light, just once then the normal light carries on. I dont know if this is right or not! will follow this thread for an answer also

Yes that is normal operation if you don't have a trailer connected

Mine is flashing constantly, not just once.
Maybe it'll fix itself too!

bad dash earth and/or faulty/incorrect flasher

Bad relay, 2 new britpart ones were both faulty.

I've just installed a TD5 dash today and this has happening to me since it was installed. No time to look at the issue today though so will look tomorrow but it didn't happen with the 300TDi dash and it has a good ground.

Initially mine was due to a bad contact with the bulb holder, then faulty relay. Hazards still not working properly but think that's the switch
