just wondering should my 1993 defender have intermittent wipe the wiper switch goes 1 click down but nothing happens and from off 2 clicks up first normal speed second fast.
Thanks.
Thanks.
What unit will it be, tottot? The park switch?Yours should have intermittent wipe, unit may be kaput.
I had the same problem on my 1990 Defender. It was some time ago I fixed it; It was a piece of plastic on the wiper motto that had broke under the dash. I was able to buy the part and replace it. It has worked fine for the last five years or so. I'm sure if you look at the motor you will figure it out. If I remember correctly it was about a 30 minute job.just wondering should my 1993 defender have intermittent wipe the wiper switch goes 1 click down but nothing happens and from off 2 clicks up first normal speed second fast.

No the actual intermittent unit,a relay like box behind the dash.If you want a programable one then a VW one will fit straight in.What unit will it be, tottot? The park switch?
