I have searched the forum for ages and can't find a post on this issue.

Has anyone fitted a td5 intercooler into a 200tdi defender? I know there would be issues with the pipes being either side and the rad needing moving sideways to accommodate, but has anyone done it? Is it worth it? The kits seem around £400 for one that is designed for 200tdi and this is just too expensive for me.

Td5 intercoolers are cheaper but are they really bigger and would it benefit.

Thoughts?
