Hi Guys, yesterday I cleaned my throttle body and intake, took completely off and gave a good clean, lots of carbon build up. But I had the MAP sensor sitting beside where I was working and dropped it and stood back and stepped on it. Sure enough it’s throwing codes, transmission, EDC etc. as we are on lockdown in NZ and no one open until 11 more days I was wanting to know if I unplugged it can I still drive the vehicle short distances.... kind Regards Scott

Bound to have a "limp home" I'd imagine. I accidentally left mine unplugged on my Disco 2 the other day, OK it's not a D3 but it is much the same.
But it start and drive, although it took a while to get going!
So I'd actually say, unplug it then try it. Worse happens it won't start or it'll drive in "limp home" I'd a thort.
Anyone?
