The law states that they must be bolted down using at least 4 coach bolts. A hole in the roof for his todger to go through fixed securely with a wing nut. dress code is optional.

FFS, what size coach bolts, it's no good giving me half an answer,
apparently they have to be big **** off coach bolts but tiny wing nuts so it makes his eyes water enough to clean the screen in adverse weather conditions. do a search ffs.
