Ok so my glove box is sagging! the gas strut seems fine, but the metal gold bracket that attatches to the lid of the box itself has come away and by the looks of the gung thats on there seems to have been the previous owners attempt at resolving it. I went to a breakers and checked out another RR's one that worked perfect...until my fat fingers tried to get a better look and broke his too!!!!! oops!

I cant work out how the plate sits on where I believe it should as the gas strut is alread at the maximum closed position and is still like an inch and a half away from the hole, uh er missus! ;0P lol any directions or pics perhaps of the inside of a working glove box showing how the strut is fixed to the lid guys?
