As of the other day...my range developed two really annoying things?....

Firstly both front doors are almost impossible to open...SO stiff!!!

And the wierd one.....when ever I change radio station...or turn it on/off...my subwoofer makes a BOOM noise.....

Any help please????????

Stiff handles or stiff hinges....???

Handles are a common fail item....the plastic mechanism likes to bind then fail....time to get the door trim off and take a gander now before the mech snaps and you can't a)open the door and b) open the door to get the trim off to fix it..!!

Radio issue could be a spot of earth leakage.....clark130 (or is it clarky130 ?) is a bit of a guru on the Audio system....he may well be able to point you in a direction - search for his posts on the audio system

My driver's door handle get really stiff (oo,err) when the weather was cold the other week. Seems fine now however.

Frozen. Apply a little WD 40 using extended nozzle into gaps between upper and lower handle with handle pulled out to disperse moisture. Wipe excess from paintwork.

Thanks guys....sorted the doors......just the thump from the sub now REALLY annoying!!

I have tried emailing Clarky....no joy...

So has anyone else got experience with the sub thump???

Ay help would be great
