hi, i`m new in here and i like ask one guestion if anybody happens to know- what is the tread on this part in cylinder head side of it. ERC 9432 sorry about my bad english...i`m finnish... im putting a 19j motor to my series 3 109 stw and it nearly there, but i have to make this part because its hard to find in finland. the rseries3 adaptor wont fit because it has a different tread.

I would try a local plumbers merchant or diy shop as lots of the land rover fittings are bsp thread.
On my 200tdi i bought a tim capilairy gauge from e bay and the adaptor it came with screwed straight into the thermostat housing.
On an older engine i had i drilled and tapped one of the cylinder head blanking plugs to take the temp sensor.

ok, thanks! someone told me that the tread can be witworth 25g? i dont know. i live in a small city and we dont have land rover salesman in city, and we have have only one man wich can fabricate it so im trying to find that tread what is on cylinderhead side, not the temperature sender. if i can tell him the tread then he can fabricate it. it´s about more than 25mm wide hole in cylinderhead.
