Does anyone have a diagram of a 2.5 na diesel injector pump please? Want to make sure I have put the springs back on in the right place because the bugger wont start now after changing the O ring on the throttle shaft.

Hi are you sure you got the stop rod in the the place it s easy to miss a line it and difficult to tell take the top off and double check it . Your pump may have a stop solenoid but it might well still have the Mechanical stop too .

I've got a pump that ran perfect that I removed off my engine when it bent a rod and I swopped to 200tdi.

I did get it sorted in the end and the cause was rather amusing....
I was over tightening the top bolt on the whole arm assembly effectively cutting off the fuel flow!

Flossie I would be interested in buying the pump as a spare, I could strip it and back and down then rebuild it
