Hi There,

I'm considering buying some winter tyres for some spare sets of wheels I got.

Now, I got a set of 18" wheels and some 20" wheels - which size would be best for the snowy conditions and why? This is for a L322 BTW.

Cheers.

DISCLAIMER: I'm hoping that this is a serious enough question for this forum and that I'm not going to get the usual pointless responses from the same people that have the habit of responding with their "Ooh, look at me and at how funny I can be" style of posts. This is a serious question and I have searched for the answer but would like the opinion of somebody that has experience of my (perhaps to you) insignificant issue.

I'd go for the 18", assuming the widths are equal. This means that you can get a much bigger sidewall and run them at lower pressures. Keep road tyres on the 22s.
