I am new to the forum and this is my first post,so hello to everyone.
I am wanting to replace my 16" wheels with some 18" ones and have found a nice set of Discovery 3 ones,are these just a straight swap or are the pcd different.

bolt spacing is the same, but you need spigot rings and the bolts from the d3 alloys

The ride on 18" and above is a fair bit harsher.

Funny, I'm thinking of going the other way - my new D2 has 255 tyres on 18" wheels, and the steering effort seems a fair bit higher than my old one on 235 / 16" wheels. Might be some other problem, but would you expect the extra 20mm of width to make much of a difference?
