Why are the middle row doors so hard to find?

I've been looking all over the internet for new middle row doors as mine are past the repair stage.
I've found two places (Devon 4x4 and Mode Land Rover) that appear to have them and both sell them for around £350 (inc VAT).
From those experienced on here, are these the best price I'm going to find?

I'm told that the LR shows may sell them and that they may be cheaper, so I'm going to look in to the next show in the North West area; does anyone have experience of show prices for doors?

I would go second hand if anyone knows of any as I can get them repaired, but they would have to be better than what I have!

I had been doing google searches (not sure how I missed Paddocks) and ebay but only found the two listed. Didn't find anything on ebay!

Devon are on back order of 4 weeks, so the ebay find is excellent.
