Hi
My recently acquired ex-military 110 Diesel (1988) developed a charging fault after about 1200 miles.
I have obtained a new alternator BUT there are 4 different areas to which wires seem to need to be attached.
The previous alternator was connected via the triple spade terminal (with block connector) but there were no other wires attached, neither did i find any stray wires nearby.
Based on the attached photo, i would be extremely grateful for advice.
The 4 connection points are:
1. Triple spade
2. Single spade
3. Threaded connection marked W
4. Threaded connection marked B+
I have done a search on the forum before posting, but couldn't manage to find an answer (which might be down to my own ineptitude) but if there is already a thread, please direct me to it.
Very many thanks in advance
