I have recently put a 24 spline disco rear axle on my 200tdi 90 and all is good.

I am now looking at the fount , i have 2 spare fount axles and will need swivels from both to make make up one good axle.

my resent idea being could i build the diff, shafts and ends from the 24 spline (abs) axle on to the original 1991 10 spline case?
Can eny one tell me if this will work?

The original case is in good condition, and it would be nice to avoid taking the front shocks out!

yes it works, thats what i have done with mine..... just swapped the diff, half shafts, cv joints, stub axil, and hubs. way easyer than taking my newly painted axil casing out lol
