Hi all,

Daft question alert. I'm trying to remove the injector loom but can't work out how to release the connector. Don't want to force it and break anything!

Any ideas how to release the connector?

Cheers...

Electrical or fuel?

Electrical
Squeeze the the plastic 'bar' at the top down and pull out from the other half.

Fuel
Depressurise the fuel system first and have some rags handy to mop any spilt fuel. Squeeze red tabs, twist and pull fuel line out.

Electrical and thank you - didn't want to force it and hear that awful snapping sound...

Hmm, yes that snapping - awful! No guarantees on not breaking anything! The plastic bits are getting on - some are nearly 20 years old and have been in an unyielding climate on the motor.
