Just a few things that needs doing...
The roof sags... What's the best way to sort it? Ive seen some that claim to have new roof linings?

The abs/brake vacuum kicks in either every time or every other time the brake pedal is depressed. I read it should be every 4 times so what needs replacing there?

Last mot got an advisory or air suspension accumulators on the front being slightly deteriorated. What needs replacing there?

Headlining is foam backed material glued to the card and the foam deteriorates over time. Only real fix is to take the whole card out, strip off the old material and replace it. @Grrrrrr did his I think so can recommend a supplier.
Abs needs a new accumulator. Not cheap but dead easy to do and much cheaper than a new pump.
I would think the advisory is for new airbags. Get good ones (Dunlop) again not too bad of a job to do but make sure you get new clips. Probably will need diag to reset the heights when done.

It's one of those jobs I've been putting off. Not my kind of work, I'm not good with things that need sticking but need to keep fingers clean. If I do mine it will look terrible so I think i'll get mine done professionally.
It's not that bad yet but I can see it's starting to sag more and more.

I've got a upholstery specialist very close by. I'm guessing he would be the person to do it?

He upholstera furniture as a rule but has done drivers seats in coaches before.

It isn't hard. I wore old walking socks on my hands to smooth it all into place. Hardest thing is that it sticks as soon as it touches the adhesive so you only get 1 chance.

The longer you leave it the more the old foam disintegrates and the easier it is to vacuum off the board.

I won't write what I was going to write to spare the delicate ears of some of the more sensitive members on here like Tomcat.

Sorry but got enough issues here at the moment. Give me a month or so and you're welcome to stop by and I will help. I don't like the idea of putting the material down though as if I make a mistake and leave a crease somewhere I would feel terrible.

1. Fit a new roof liner.

2. There is no vacuum it is pressure. Change the accumulator. The black globe on top of the pressure pump. Depressurise system, unscrew old one, screw new one on.

3. Change the affected air bags.

If you don't want the liner to stick immediately lay grease proof paper on the headlining card and slide it away as you progressively stick the lining down, saves a lot of swear words

Depends a bit on the price of the kit. If it's a lot of money I'll entrust the job to the pros, if it's peanuts, I might have a go myself. Worst case is I loose a day and price of the bits.

Theoretically yes, I wouldn't want to do it without being able to reset them though. This just happened to me, my friendly garage in Czech changed my airbags and being a disco man, he seemed to get it wrong on the heights so it was all over the place.

Probably worth a punt at that price then. Might have to get the missus doing it, she's much better at arts and crafts than me so I think she would be good at it!!!

If he hung the axles that may have contaminated the tracks by dipping the wiper in the normally unused part of the track picking up dirt that can disturb the sensors. If done properly height settings should not need touching.
