Hi all
Decided to join the forum as in all the googling I've been doing LZ seemed to crop up the most...! I had a 110 about 5 years ago which needed a lot of work and when I got tired of walking to work I chopped it in against a shiny truck. But the loan man caught up with me on that one so that's gone.
Spent some time trying to find something cheap and fun and just bought a 2003 Freelander v6. Its history is pretty sketchy. It had a new (secondhand) engine a little while ago but beyond that not too sure. Drove it home alright... Everything seemed to go and stop in something like a straight line, but there are issues... A few lights on the dash and I'm guessing the inlet manifold rattle. But hey it was really really cheap so just want to do the bare minimum to get it approximately road worthy and run it for a few years!
