i bought this motor and there was no manuels looking for the correct tyre pressures someone told me 40 rears 28 fronts thought that a bit odd but maybe ok thats what am running them at the now is this correct

That would be with factory fitted tyres> What if you have different tyres on them. up graded and on the info on side of tyre from manyfactor saying different? Should you not use the tyre manufacture info as to psi, inflation pressure?

My handbook says 28 lbf/in² (psi) front and 38 lbf/in² rear for both 16 and 18" wheels. Have never seen 34 on the rear in a handbook??

But, I am trying 36 psi in the rears to see if it improves things, perhaps you have some thoughts on a good mix, would be interested

I'm on 18s and found that 38 was a bit much in the back. After a bit of experimentation I run at 34 now. Mind you I don't tow or carry anything heavy.

It is noted we now have white boards, but i have never seen anyone protesting about them. Some people just use any excuse to kick off. They'll be banning black puddings next. I personally object strongly to white chocolate now that is racist.
