Wiring an Anderson plug

May well sound a stupid question but which way round does the connectors pouch in to the plastic plug? I don't want to push it in too far (ooh errr) get it wrong and not get them apart again!
Ive put one each way up in the pic but not sure which is correct?

Bottom one is the right way. You can remove them using a screwdriver if you need to.
