Wires Arghh!!!

I was changing the rocker cover Gasket today on my 1990 classic 3.9 v8.

I noticed afterwards that I had accidntly pulled the two connectors off the sender coming from the thermostat housing.

The two connectors both have one green and one green and white wire coming off them. Which way round are they supposed to go?

Any help greatly appreciated!

shouldn't make a difference if they both go to the same sender

yup the sender is just a switch - it wont matter which wire goes to what.

Ok cool , I just thought as there were four wires in total and two connectors it might matter?

What does that sender do anyway, is it for the efi?
