Wiper motor only has 1 speed.

Good morning all.

So my wiper motor on my 1998 300tdi 110 defender only has 1 speed in all 3 wiper positions.

To me it looks like the middle speed so i have no intermittent or high speed.

Wiper works fine when i press for washer jets

Park postion also work fine

Any ides what wrong?

Check that you have power to the motor. You should have a Black - earth, Green - perm feed, Red/Light Green - On high speed , Blue/Light Green - delay wipe, Brown/Light Green - slow speed
Don't take these as gospel as the details are from memory, but you should be able to identify each of thewm yourself with the judicial use of a multimeter.
