... but she no wind up.

I've managed to get the window back to the top by pushing the up button and then pulling the window up by hand a couple of times. Is this the broken window regulator I've seen mentioned?
 
:( unfortunately,yes regulator cable/s snapped.Easy job to replace.If you should find a good one from a breakers,grease all cable work before fitting it inside your door. :)
