I'm getting a whistling sound at above 50mph from somewhere around my driver's door. What's a tip to figure out what's causing it while obviously inside the car with the window closed and busy navigating around the grannies on the road?

hey you're right, there's a bit right in the middle that's popped up a bit. tried shoving back down but not very successful.

some special windshield glue or sealant i should use? that said i don't think this is the problem. i think its a bit of weather stripping that gets squeezed and peeps up beyond the doorframe at the top when i shut the door. i just ran my hand along the shut line and this was the only thing that felt different from the passenger side.

If it's the rubber that comes loose at top of A frame stick it back in place with a little Evostick or double sided tape..
