i brought myself a t-max winch just before christmas and i've just got round to fitting it. fitting it was no problem but i temporarily connected it to the battery and it unround out no problem but when i went to pull it in it just clicked so i check all the connection and added another battery but it still will not reel in. please help i've tryed everthing

What connections did you check? Are the connections on the correct way? Are they secure?

Have you checked the connections to the remote both in the socket and handset ends?

The T-max winches are the same as the cheap unbranded chinese ones just with a T-max sticker on it. Mine doesn't like spooling out under load but it'll real in no probs. My Bosses is the same. They've both been like it from new.
