winch mount fitting

morning all
have purchased a complete winch mount for my disco 2 53 plate td5 facelift model,i am looking for the install/fitting instructions any one have a copy they can e-mail or snail mail me ?????????

That'd depend on which/who's winch mount you've purchased, though I'd guess removal of front bumper and perusal of various mounting holes through the front of the chassis might enlighten you a tad.

Why not try the vendors?

its the same mount as on famous fours web site but without the warn winch,previous owner stated that it came off a face lift model.
its very clean no mud no rust and the original paint is still in good nick, all i need is install instructions with measuring details on where to cut my front end ...

"if" its the genuine land rover mount that sits in front of the bumper, then go to link below and click the accessories guide and all the fitting instructions are in there.

urban panzer, thats great but the pics only show the earlier model with the foglites low down not the facelift model with the round fog lites in the bumper either side of the number plate

cut a different hole then...or buy a winch bumper

Can't you remove the front bumper, offer up the mount and see what needs to be done to fit it .. then offer the bumper back up and see what needs doing to that?

Might be worth fitting with your winch as some might need different clearances from surrounding parts ..
