will a rear salisbury axle with discs fit on a 1985 110 chassis?

I currently have a rear salisbury axle fitted with drum brakes and it's pretty worn down. Can I fit a 1990 salisbury rear axle with discs to a 1985 110 CSW chassis with drum brakes? And if so, will I need to convert anything or is it a straight fit? Hope someone knows the answer!

Also... Have a good look at the new axle bush holes, mine were worn slightly oval, made handling interesting..
