Like the subject asks, "Will installing a GKN Overdrive invalidate the new car warranty on my Defender? I know that up rating the "chip" shoots holes in it, but was wondering about the Overdrive. Also was wondering if the rev counter offered in many Land Rover magazines would mess up the warranty. It reqquires connection to the #19 pin on the main socket. This pin is free EXCEPT if the vehicle has ABS. If you have ABS you are required to tap into the lead to the #19 pin. This seems a bit scary to me. Anyone done it, or have any advice?
