Hi all
I'm looking to swap out my disco 1 seats for range rover items mainly for the arm rest (cubby box on mine modified so no longer there.) And as I injured my back quite severely a few years ago I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me as to which is more comfortable rrc or p38 seats. It will only be the fronts as I have no rears so that makes it easier. I'm also assuming there will be at least a small amount of fab work involved but also does anyone know which is simpler?
Regards

I can't comment on the logistics involved in the swap & furthermore I've never owned a P38, so why am I replying
Just to say that I have a lower back problem, though not the result of injury & RRC seats (mine are velour & not powered) are the most comfortable of any vehicle seating I've owned. I can drive long distances without any back discomfort whatsoever.

Cheers norseman reply really appreciated. It not that the disco ones arnt comfy either just without the cubby hole really need somewhere to rest my arm lol. In fact the land rover seats are the first I've ever preferred in cloth to leather but I've been offered a set of grey cloth seats for a p38 but also a set rrc seats again in grey cloth. Although I don't know if they were out of a soft dash model or not that apparently makes a difference. Right anyway I'll stop rambling on lol

Come across a nice set of p38 fabric/velour seats cheap and quite local so think that's the route I'll will take. But thank you for your input. And if anyone does know any difficulties with fitting p38 seats of has done it advice would be welcomed.
